Where are you based?

I am based in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. I also cover the Angus, Fife and Perth & Kinross areas however an additional fee may apply to cover my travel costs. Please find more information in my booking conditions.

What do I need to bring to lessons?

You can bring a slip lead, leash and collar or harness if preferred. If you are new to slip leads, then do not buy the long stretchy one. If your dog is whistle trained, bring your whistle. The best whistles are either the Acme 210.5 or 211.5. You can find these items online for cheap. You can also bring your own bowl and water for hot days. Poo bags are a must, of course.

Do you use treats for training?

Yes, as I believe they can be beneficial especially for food driven dogs. I always provide hypoallergenic/ natural dog treats from Millies Wolf heart with no grains and added nasties. You can bring your dog’s favorite treats with you if you prefer.

What do I need to wear during our training?

Our training sessions will mostly take place outside so dress appropriately. Some comfy shoes or boots and wellies for rainy days. We are in Scotland and as you know the weather can quickly change so pack a rain jacket, hat, gloves, etc… if so.

What should I do if I can’t attend our lesson?

Please get in touch with me via phone or email and let me know as early as possible so I can re-book your slot to someone else.

What is your cancelation policy?

For 1:1 sessions and home visits, you must let me know at least 3 days in advance to receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 48h in advance you will be charged for the full session.

What is your payment method?

Bank transfers or PayPal. No cash.
